Aging Gracefully
This yoga class is great for people with limitations or injuries, seniors, or any yoga practitioners who wish to increase joint mobility, breath and body awareness, balance, strength, and vitality. In this class, the practice will be offered on your mat or using a chair to accommodate your abilities.

Mat Pilates
This class will focus on correct functioning of the core postural muscles which help keep the spine correctly aligned as well as working on the strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body. Pilates is a functional form of exercise that will enable you to live your life in the best physical condition and with a deep sense of wellbeing.

Core Power Flow
A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility.  A strong core is a necessary component in all postures. You’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Pull focus out of your head and into your body & heart.

Stability, Mobility, Flexibility Flow
Develop stability in the sacral complex with core work, move the joints to increase range of motion, stretch muscles and fascia to gain flexibility. Rated gentle.

The Spinal Revolution
This gentle class will focus on the health & mobility of the spine. We will delve into the importance of stability, flexibility & strength and investigate the impairments the spine is subject to.

Strength & Core
A core based class that has the body working hard to strengthen and condition the muscles and joints. Dynamic movement and static holds to bring the body into balance.

Qigong
Qi=life energy, breath, the essence of life. Gong=means work or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Qigong=gentle form of exercise to heal, remove blockages and strengthen the body.

Core Cardio Flow
This power yoga class adds an aerobic component to postures, increasing breath, lung capacity, and respiration awareness. Accessible for all levels of practice.

Weekend Recovery
The weekend is almost over, time to recover. A restorative class that will put you in a positive headspace for the upcoming Monday morning and give you a fantastic night’s sleep.

Et Tu, Gluteus
Let’s get our bottoms toned and make our powerful muscles work! This class will mainly focus on three muscles: Gluteus Maximus, Medius, & Minimus and the movements they create in the body. Prepare to work, move with the flow, and feel the results.

Barre Fitness
A combination of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and some Qigong energy flowing warm-ups, this class will elevate the heart rate, strengthen the muscles and connect you to the movements of your body.

Bone Builder
With the aging process, we start to lose bone density and bone strength creating weak, porous bones. Weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises stress the bones stimulating extra storage of calcium and activating bone-forming cells. This class will incorporate hand weights (2 to 10 lbs) into yoga postures to increase the push and pull of muscle on bone, simultaneously strengthening both muscle and bone.

Schedule

How our registration works:

Four sessions a year, Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

Registration for a full session is the most economical way to enjoy yoga plus it gives you routine and commitment to yourself and your body.

If you miss a registered class, you can make up that class at anytime or you can pre-attend a class if you know you are going to miss in the future but all missed classes must be made up before the end of the session.

Drop in attendance is available.

All payments are made via etransfer or cheque or credit card with Square.
